Guess what Colt did this weekend ... - Lots of pics

He was so proud, he even gutted it, and we cooked it and he kept saying "I sure love this fish, this sure is the best fish I've ever had". It rained and rained and rained but they were such little troopers, it was their first time camping and I would not have survived without FIL and MIL but we had a great time!!! Even the dogs loved it BTW-the lake wasn't gross, we were just in the shallow part where there are lots of plants peeking out of the water

But the most precious moment of the whole thing was Saturday night, sitting on a log, rocking Macie to sleep by the fire I don't think I'll ever forget that moment.

She's actually my step-MIL or whatever, she's FIL's second wife. I agree, she is gorgeous and I can only hope I look that good at mid-50's!!!

We went fishing for the first time last week, and I didn't find it nearly as fun. Not to mention Robbie's rod is tangled so it wouldn't release.

It was hot outside, she just thought it was cold in the water I tried to tell her she wouldn't be as cold if she took the WET sweater OFF but she didn't believe me. One of those times when you let your 4 year old *think* she knows more than you

And I bet Kylie would have loved to have been at an amusement park, she said later on that camping isn't her "thing"
