Halloween Costumes

Our Lil' Family wrote: I know it's sorta early but I've already started thinking about Halloween. Thing is I have no idea what I want Thomas to be this year.

What will your kid(s) be?

coasterqueen replied: This was one of the many things I was thinking about the other day and I have NO clue. Kylie says she wants to be Cinderella again. I'd prefer her to be something else, but I guess it would be cheaper just to let her be the same since we have it. With Megan I have no clue.

CantWait replied: Like ya said. It's a bit early. I pressume though, if dh is around this year for Halloween, then Anthony will probably be Batman, something superhero like.

Robbie I have to be super careful with his costume this year. No big masks as he has a hard time seeing out of them probably, and no makeup because his eczema breaks out really bad.

Any suggestions for an 11 year old anyone??

Brias3 replied: Ryan and Mason are both REALLY into the superhero thing right now so I'm sure they'll want to be that. I don't know about Aliyah- probably something princess-ish. (Again .)

I wish I could find something they'd like that "goes" together. For a couple of years, we've found matching outfits for Ryan and Aliyah (Chip and Dale one year, Eeyore and Pooh one year) since they didn't have a preference and the past two years were Captain Hook, Tinkerbell and Peter Pan, then Anakin, Leia, and Yoda last year I don't think they'll go for any of that this year

MyLuvBugs replied: Lorelei is going to be a bumble bee. My Sis got her a costume last year after I'd already made her one. So, she gets to wear it this year. Little baby will either be a flower or a pea pod. Dh and I havent' decided.

3_call_me_mama replied: Kathleen is going to be a lady bug, cause I go tit on sale for $2.50 at Kohl's last winter some time. and Cameorn may end up being a dinosaur, cause i bought him the costume last year and he never wore it. I ended up making him a wizard costume to wear, liek 2 days before halloween. And while I'd love to make their costumes again this year I'm gonna pass,.. i think I will eitherbe extremely busy with a newborn or in labor or extremely grumpy that I havent' had that baby yet!!

sunrosejenn replied: I got Eliana's costume last year right after Halloween from Old Navy. It was $5 on clearance. I got a princess costume.

5littleladies replied: I don't know about the older girls yet, but last year, Dh and I and Sara (Roo'sMama) and her hubby talked about how it would be fun to dress up as the Flintstones and Rubbles! Jas and I would be Fred and Wilma with Lissa as Pebbles and Scott and Sara would be Barney and Betty with Roo as Bam-Bam. I don't know if it will actually happen, but it would be fun.

My3LilMonkeys replied: I haven't asked Brooke what she wants to be yet, but I'd like to try to coordinate her & Madison so it'll all be up to Brooke.

I had visions of making Madison a Yoshi costume....I *love* Yoshi...but I don't know if I'll have the ambition.

Alex likes spiderman and superman...and I like the Pablo and Tyrone costumes at Nick Jr.com.....we shall see
I think I will choose 2 I love and ask him which one he wants to be, just have to make up my mind on the perfect one!

mummy2girls replied: I asked jenna the other day and she said a ballerina. So i have to know go and buy her an outfit...LOL... i keep askign her if she wants to be a cat or somethinga nd she said no a ballerina momma!
