It's pretty intense and shows some kids that are really out of control...there was one kid who was eating the equivelent of a 1lb of sugar a day...the ads are really funny and great, but I also think it's good the show tackles the serious issues of childhood obesity and nutrition...

kidsarecrazy replied: The show is pretty eye opening too. This week they had a 4 year old on who was having 4 glasses of soda a day! WAY too much...Kinda like the news this week that they're taking soda machines out of elementary schools.

It's a great reminder for parents to think about what their kids are actually eating.

He had a light bulb moment...hey we need to start drinking more water....DUH, I've only been telling you that for 7 years. Of course he didn't believe me he had to watch tv to believe it
