mammag replied: If you ever catch his show on BBC he is much nicer. It is a good show as well. He goes into restaurants that are failing and helps them to figure out why and gets them going again. I liked it.

jacobsmama replied: Everytime I saw my dad he would tell me about that show and be laughing histarically. I guess I should have watched it b/c he doesn't watch that stuff and he loved it!

ammommy replied: It was a great show and I'm glad that the person who won choose to go to London to get trained by him instead of opening his own restaraunt. Smart business move on both parts. Friends of mine who have never worked in a restaraunt were shocked at the language. I told them that it was pretty dead on. Most chefs that I knew had huge egos and foul mouths. They got the staff to produce, though.

I LOVED that show! I used to own a resturant back in the day with my X brother in law so everything you saw was what really goes on in the kitchen. Its very stressful, very hot but if run correctly, alot of fun.

One day I will buy my own place. Thats my new dream...

My2Beauties replied: Yes I watched every episode. I loved this show, I didn't think I would actually like it though. I thought he was a nice man in the end, just a hard a$$ KWIM! I was happy with the outcome, but I liked Elsie as well, she was most like us. OMG and doesn't Dewberry just absolutely crack you guys up?
