He's so sweet - that dh of mine

Last night, I was telling him about the number of rice dumplings we have in the fridge that need to be consumed as soon as possible. Then I challenged him to wake up early in the morning, so to heat the dumplings for breakfast. We have to leave the house by 7.30am. So breakfast has to be ready by 7am. And this would be very difficult for him, cos he is not a morning person. And to make things more difficult, I joked that the dumplings would need an hour to be steamed. Actually only 10 mins will do and he is not a cook to know this. All along, I anticipated he would just sleep thru and I'd still be the one waking up early to heat the dumplings.

This morning, when I was thinking of getting up early to prepare the breakfast, he was already steaming the dumplings and the coffee brewed. And he especially woke up early in the morning to steam the dumplings for an hour. I felt so bad to trick him like that. Didn't know that he will do it.
