Hey everyone, been MIA - picture of why inside
5littleladies wrote: Things have been getting crazier by the minute at my house. We hope to break ground for our addition within 3 weeks so we've been scrambling to get last minute details out of the way. But the main reason things are so insane is that we got our puppy this week. We also got 2 puppies for some friends of ours. They don't have a house yet so we told them they could leave theirs at our house. So I am trying to housebreak 3 puppies at the same time. Someone please tell me where my sanity went when I agreed to this!!
Anyways-This is Abbie, the newest member of our family. She is retriever, husky, shepherd mix.
amynicole21 replied: AWWWWW!!! She is so cute! You've taken on a lot... what are you trying to do to yourself?!?!
Lily replied: What a cutie! Good luck with the potty training. We're getting our puppy when we move at the end of this month and thank goodness he's already potty trained. That is not fun!
5littleladies replied: Oh-And I forgot to add one thing. The people we took the puppies for are our good friends(Sara is actually my best friend), and one would think they would be grateful for us taking this on. Well, my Sara is, but the other day she was saying that she felt bad that I had so much to do with all the puppies and her husband said-"What do you feel bad for? She'd be taking hers out anyways, what's 2 more?" What is he crazy?!?!?! Has he ever housebroken a dog before?? I am so ticked off at him. I'm half tempted to tell him that his wife's dog can stay but since he thinks it's so easy that maybe he should just take his home with him, house or no house. I really don't mind doing it, but sheesh, you'd think a wee little bit of thanks would be in order.
kimberley replied: my goodness you are busy and nuts to willingly house train 3 dogs! lol to your friend's DH! men say the dumbest things sometimes .

Although that picture makes me want one.
jen replied: AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW what a cute puppy!!!! Good luck on the house breaking!!! Are you crate training or whatever?? I think that is the best method according to my bestfriend/dog trainer! Good luck whatever method you are using!! Gosh what does that man think??? That puppies talk and agree that they will all "go" at the same time!???!!! What do your girls think about the new family member?? I bet they are in heaven!!!
Kila replied: He's adorable. My puppy (well not really puppy since he was 16 yrs. old) passed away yesterday. Hope you have as much fun with your new one as I did with mine!! Your friend's husband needs to spend a day in your shoes. They are just like little kids and get into almost as much trouble.
