Me and my inexperienced driving skils for the snow would be one of those 44 cars on the side of the road. Actually I would keep my self indoors, unless I absolutely had to go out. Crazies on the road with the rain here in Florida, help me to realize that snow in Florida would not keep the crazy drivers from acting any less reckless than usual.

It's supposed to snow here friday but everyone knows that really, here in good ole Lex, Kentucky it never snows more than an inch

Though There was that ice storm a few years back that knocked out our power for a week...

We are having some pretty heavy and fast snow fall tonight and in the morning. Today our high was only 18. And it didn't hit that until 3 this afternoon. It was only 12 at noon and 0 at daybreak (-10 windchill)

I want to go back to Nashville where it's nice and beautiful!!

NM, in the mountains. People are always shocked at our winters since we're in the desert They predict storms all the time but they're usually over by noon and the streets are dry by then too....Here are all the ~~~~~SNOW VIBES~~~~ you can handle, I've had my fill for awhile

It's weird though, the place we moved from (also in the mountains but a different part of the state) got 8-10 inches on a regular basis and I don't remember one time in 5 years not being able to drive. This area I'm in now is notorious for bad road conditions in the winter but with so much less snow I wonder why?

flirtycuddle replied: We lived in Parowan UT while I was pregnant with dd and it snowed a couple feet a night on a good day so my df had to go out and shovel every day. The morning I went for my induction it was a really bad snow storm and we almost didn't get to go in. I was so scared of going into labor and being stuck at home with no one able to get to us. We lived at the end of main st over the canal and only a tiny lil bridge let you in and out. Ambulances had to come from the nearest city 20 mins away and that is where the nearest hossy was. We only had 2500 people living there.

Crystalina replied: They keep saying it's heading my way (Ohio) but I think it's going to hit the more towards Cleveland. They always get that lake effect snow. I wouldn't want to live there for anything. I'm hoping it keeps going east and jumps over Cambridge.

lisar replied: Good ole Florida. Its 70 degrees outside right now. @ 9:30am. The high today is like 78. I hate to be cold. So when its like 40 here. thats freezing to me. Sorry about the snow.

I guess this was as good a time as any Monica to test the heating in that new house!!!

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I'm here in Illinois and we a have a snow storm watch for tonight into tomorrow. We could get 6-12 inches total and tonight they are saying 1-2 inches could fall an hour. I am so not ready for this!!

I'm hoping for the 12inches!!!!!

Although I have the afternoon off tomorrow and needed to run a bunch of errands. Oh well the girls and I can just go play silly in the snow.
