I want to try to exercise 6days a week and I do this AWESOME walk areobics video I LOVE it I'm going to start on the 40minute segment next week. I just started this week and I feel GREAT! thumb.gif

MommyToAshley replied: blush.gif Lately, nothing.

But, ohhh I can't wait for nice weather so we can start biking again. We plan to go at least every other day, if not more. The furthest we went last year was 30 miles. I hope Ashley likes her trailer as much this year as she did last year. But, she is even more weight to haul now. ohmy.gif

Keep up the good work with your video... I wish I was as motivated right now!

Josie83 replied: Gosh this is awful . . . I NEVER exercise apart from dancing classes at school. I am one of those anoyingly lucky people who just never has to exercise. My weight just dropped off after having Cassie and stayed off . . . don't hate me blush.gif tongue.gif xx

Kirstenmumof3 replied: laugh.gif Does walking Claudia to Daycare and back to the busstop count? It is afterall about 5 blocks! Other than that I don't really exercise much.

ediep replied: Before I had Jason, I worked out 6 days a week. Now, my goal is 3-4 times. With the gym....well, you know....Jason won't stay in the daycare room so we are still working on that. When it gets warmer I'll take Jason out for walks/runs with my jogging stroller

I do Carmen Electra's aerobic striptease. I know, it sounds bad. lol I love it. It has 5 DVD's that come with it. I gained A LOT of weight with my 2nd child. So far I am back down to my prepregnancy weight. I haven't even went on a diet, I just do about 30 minutes of the workout per day. It is so much fun you forget that you are working out.

A&A'smommy replied: OMG I have NEVER heard of that if I wasn't so weird about stuff like that I would TOTALLY try it but I would be too embarressed blush.gif

PascosGirl replied:
lol That is funny. Well I don't do it in front of my kids but it has come in handy with the hubby, if you know what I mean. biggrin.gif It works. I have lost about 6 total inches so far and 2 sizes. BTW - you can google it if you want. It shows video clips. It isn't as bad as it sounds.

A&A'smommy replied: lol well thats good then I NEVER have time to exercise alone because ALyssa is up under me ALL the time even when I'm exercising I have to constantly tell her to move or go play. Thanks for the info I'm definitly intriged!

Kaitlin'smom replied: I am trying to get to the gym every other day, or at lunch I go walk for as long as I can

PascosGirl replied: Well I usually work out after my kids are in bed for the night since that is about the only time I have to myself. It is a good cardio workout and it will teach you some hip hop moves too (if you are into that). I teach hip hop dance classes and was a cheerleading coach for a local high school here so dancing is like 2nd nature to me. I think the videos are great.

My2Beauties replied: I have saw some clips of her video and was very interested in it! It's honestly not awnry (sp?) like some people think, it's just very sexy but it is a great work out and muscle toning workout at that! I, myself, do not exercise at all, do you count chasing after a 16 month old as exercise? tongue.gif

A&A'smommy replied: LOL LeaAnn yes especially if you take them outside rolleyes.gif

I looked it up and WOW it looks like a lot of fun!!

PascosGirl replied: It is fun and yes, chasing kids is working out!

I hope Carmen Electra is going to pay me for all of this free advertising she is getting! biggrin.gif

gr33n3y3z replied: In the summer my friend and I walk almost everynight about 24 blocks total

Mommy2BAK replied: Well, for the last few weeks I have been going to the gym a few times a week.
