paradisemommy wrote: Taven was doing something naughty, so i asked him if he wanted a spanking (i don't spank him but just the threat is enough). He kept giving me the eye - you know the one we all know too well, the i know i'm supposed to listen to you but i'm not gonna. So i got up and started counting..1....2...
first of all he tells me (with his pointer finger out, mind you) "Sit Down!"
then he proceeds to help me count..2....3...
i love this age and i hate this age...
lsjulee replied: My goodness!! He is funny!! Mann how are you going to keep a straight face like that?
Mom2Boyz replied: LOL What a stinker Conner is only 9 months old, but when I have to tell him no for anything he'll just look up at me and smile I can only imagine how hard it is when they can actually talk back
ediep replied: oh my!! That is toooo f unny!!!! He sure is smart!!! I would definately laugh!
kit_kats_mom replied: That little turkey! How funny.
K's newest thing is walking on the couch. She knows she will get a time out though so when she does it, she keeps one eye on us. As soon as we see her we say "do you need a time out? 1, 2" by two she's usually sitting down saying "no time out!" it's hysterical
aspenblue1 replied: I couldn't keep a straight face.
momof2girls replied: LOL he is funny! With Azaria it was hard! Sometimes I would have to walk away, hubby was not very good and would laugh in front of her, that is why now to this day she wont listen to him.
Taven is soooooo cute!
amynicole21 replied: OMG, what a stinker! Sophia tells me "No Mommy, not nice!!" when I tell her she's going to get herself in trouble
MomToMany replied: Oh, that's too cute!!
DH recently "taught" Hannah a new word (dammit), and not on purpose. One time, she said "Dammit Mom!!"! It was hard keeping a straight face! But she got in trouble for that, and I thank DH everyday for yeaching her that (NOT!!) !!
coasterqueen replied: I have a hard time keeping a straight face and many times DH and I have failed to do so.
They are just too funny sometimes even if it's not funny!
DansMom replied: I am unable to stop myself. I laugh out loud when Daniel does stuff like this! I once had to hide my face in a towel---it looked like I was crying---because DH was talking to him about something to do with manners and he was being so silly in response. That story about Taven is cracking me up He's so cute, he'll always get away with stuff with the ladies when he's older
Josie83 replied: I agree it is so hard, sometimes the naughty things they do and say are hilarious! Also some of the things they say without knowing any better are so funny, the other day Jason and I took Cassie to a farm where some hens were getting "friendly" and Cassie was like, "Look at chickens, Mummy, they hugging!" Of course me and Jason were trying really hard not to laugh, but whenever we looked at each other we were having to bite our lips! And the time when cassie called my straight-laced Catholic mother a "cheeky little devil" (which is what jason always calls Cassie), Jason and I nearly wet ourselves! Haha!! xx
Kaitlin'smom replied: its hard and sometime I just crack up and others I do manage to hold back. It depends on what she is doing to weither I really try and hold back, but some of her facial expressions are just so darn cute and funny its hard not to laugh
kimberley replied: LOL ROFL!!!! Taven is too funny!!!!! i would have completely cracked up. there is no way i could ever punish him... he is too cute!!
MommyX2 replied: Jordynn says "SIT!" but sometimes it sounds a whole lot like "S*IT!" so its hard not to laugh at that!!!
Kaitlin'smom replied: when kaitlin says it it can sound more like 'sit' but with a t and not an s
paradisemommy replied: all our kiddos are just too cute!!! (and smart for their own good)
