How do you like your eggs?

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: scrambled is the most user friendly...we can do basic scrambled eggs then anyone can add what they want to theirs

I typically eat hard boiled but that is more a I can make in advance and keep them in teh fridge kind of thing

My3LilMonkeys replied: I haven't met an egg yet I don't like....all depends on my mood. I usually go for scrambled though, with some veggies, cheese and maybe ham mixed in.

I love them scrambled and in omlets. As long as I have sour cream to put on them I don't care.

coasterqueen replied: Ok, I like mine easy over and I didn't see that on the poll. We actually call them over easy but a long time ago, one night when I was drunk I ordered my eggs easy over and all my friends thought it was hysterical so I've stuck with that term since.

I also like my eggs scrambled, poached and hard boiled. ETA: I like omelets too.

In reality however the only two ways I will eat that still looks like an egg (ie; not cooked in to something) is in egg salad on the rare occasion I'm craving it or on a Mcdonalds egg mcmuffin.

I've had them over easy with picante sauce and that's really good too!
