How exactly does it work? - Mod questions?

kimberley replied: i was asked to be a mod long, long ago lol. we are constantly deleting spam, we edit posts for content/language (because the board is G), we *try* to resolve conflicts between members, brainstorm new ideas, help new members navigate the site, etc.

when a problem arises, we post a head's up of what's happening and discuss it at length before a decision is made. we have investigated concerns but it's not an every day thing. and yes, we all get the reports. it's not a lot of work anymore because there are a lot of mods. i guess that sums it up.

Do you PM each other with questions or is there some place you "meet" like a staff meeting or something?

kimberley replied: lol we meet on the mod board. we can delete, edit, move posts, pin them, close them. it's not as exciting as it sounds
