How much water - does your child drink every day

My2Beauties replied: Hanna drinks about one or two 8 oz sippy cups full and I make sure she drinks at least 3 sippu cup fulls of milk, the rest is usually juice and yes - some POP, darned grandma's!

But I guess the blushing smilie will work.. I'm a bad mommy, I hate water myself, so I don't even think to encourage my kids to drink it. Brae will drink it if Rick has a glass or bottle of it. Tanner drinks it at his sports gamesin his water bottle. Otherwise, they drink milk, juice boxes or soda

luvbug00 replied: Oh me too!! I'm not alone!!! I HATE water! Mya drinks maybee 1 glass per day. But she drinks ALOT of juice and "ho ho milk" AKA chocloate milk.

stanleygirl replied: Ds drinks apple juice all day. He would drink pop if I gave him a chance, and he will drink from my water bottle if we are out.
He used to drink only water and those fruit and veggie juices, but around 2 he became very picky.
He even cries if you try to water the juice down, so now we water the carton of juice down to half/half when he's not looking.
I only drink water, an occasionally I make tea. Pretty boring, but I just love water.

I don't like water neither, don't drink enough of it - hence the UTI I just got but luckily Hanna likes it, she normally gets it at the babysitter because I am a avid milk fan, I think it's important that they drink a lot of milk at her age, but if we run out of milk or are almost out and I know she'll drink a glass before bed and it's in the afternoon I'll give her water! But NIchole you sound just like me, I hate water! No taste!

My kids never really liked juice that much so they are big milk and water drinkers. I don't let them have pop unless we are going somewhere special, so we don't have any in the house. I love water and drink tons of it.

A&A'smommy replied: well since I Started letting her stay with my mom all she wants is tee she says "I NEED TEA" anyway at bible school this week she got these REALLY cute little animal cups that have straws it doesn't stop the leaking but she actually drink water out of it because it has a "straw mommy" lol

OH yeah LeaAnn I'm the same way about milk I think they need TONS of it Alyssa usually drinks 18ounces +

ions_momma replied: Im with some of you, I dont like water very much either. Ion doesnt hardly ever drink water but he does drink alot of Gatorade! He loves Gatorade, just like his dad. He drinks quite a bit of pop and juice too though. He isnt a big milk person though unless its chocolate.

Wow, my child drinks at least 6-7 sippy cups full of something every day, and I noticed some people say their children only have 3 sippy cups of stuff - am I giving her too much to drink. I mean she is very and I mean VERY active, she doesn't pee a lot, in my opinion! But now I'm wondering, does she drink too much?

lisar replied: Lexi loves water and she even knows how to get out of the fridge. The dispenser on it with ice. So I couldnt tell you exactly how much she drinks but she loves it.

No...I think some kids are just thirstier then others and remember...some kids drink for comfort too...Mckaylee always wants milk when she is whiney or in trouble too.
