Dont' worry about the age thing too much. My parents were 32 (mom) and 42 (dad) when I was born, and there's tons of others that I'm sure have been older. So, long as you're young at heart and can keep up with the kids, that's all that matters.

I always told DH we had to get married while he still had some hair for the pictures and had to have our kids soon thereafter so we didn't have to take him to meet the kindergarten teacher in a wheelchair
