I Just Fell Down the Stairs

mummy2girls replied: i did that the other day.. i put the kids down for a nap and as i was walking down the stairs my feet came up from beaneath me and i fell on my butt! ouch my knee was sore for a few days!

~Roo'sMama~ replied: Oooh ouch. I've done that a few times too. One time I slid down on my butt the whole way and I thought I'd broken my tail bone it hurt so bad for days.

i did this when i was preg. and scraped my entire arm on the way done the stairs on a cement wall, and then broke my little toe.
i was carrying laundry and lost my balance....

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Thanks everyone! I can't take ibuprofin, but have taken some tylenol and had a hot bath. I'm just really stiff and now my neck hurts. I'm just going to take it easy on the couch. I just bought the movie Bridget Jones Diary, so I'll sit back and watch that.
