I am freaking out

HuskerMom wrote: I just had some spotting. But I haven't had any cramping with it. Is it possible that there's nothing wrong even with some spotting? I'm so scared. I never had any spotting when I was preg with Keith. And I haven't had any spotting til now. I'm so worried something is wrong. bawling.gif

boyohboyohboy replied: yes, i had spotting with my second and never with my first, but it was just a little bit the one day....but it might be a good idea to call the dr and they might want to check you for a urinary tract infection....do you have any other symptoms? also sometimes after sex there was a pink ting or sometimes more then that...

try to sit and relax with your feet up, and call the dr to help you de--stress.

grapfruit replied: I'd say Call your doctor. Even if all is well, they are there to answer ALL of your questions, no matter how silly you feel asking them. hug.gif CALL CALL CALL just in case. (Although I've heard of people spotting a little and being fine) hug.gif hug.gif hug.gif

Mommy2Isabella replied: Call your doctor!!

Mommy2BAK replied: Don't freak out, because it could be a number of other things, I was spotting and when I got to the hospital all they found was that I had a UTI. But definately call your doc!

HuskerMom replied: I did call my dr and they're going to get me in at 4:15 and do a u/s. The nurse sounded very reasuring so I feel a little better. I just pray that everything is ok. Thanks you guys made me feel better.

gr33n3y3z replied: I spotted with 2 of my 4 children and everything was ok
I would call the Doc like everyone else suggested

Crystalina replied: Call to make sure but this happend to me with Evan. I freaked and my doc just had a chuckle because he said I was overly paranoid. He's a friend so I kept calling him at home. rolling_smile.gif

momtoMegan&Alyxandria replied: I would call your doctor to be sure. I had spotting several times with my second. The Dr. just said to relax and put my feet up for the rest of the day and that he wasn't worried because there was no cramping, but if I soaked a pad to go the L&D at the Hospital. Thankfully it didn't come down to that. Good luck and try not to stress out about it. smile.gif

bunkie replied: chances are if you had sex the night before the day you started to spot you just irritated your cervix. Is also not uncommon for you to spot around the time your period would have been due.

HuskerMom replied: We just got back from the dr. She said everything looked fine and we heard the heartbeat. It was 167. She didn't know why I was spotting. The spotting is a lot better now, hardly anything there. They did bloodwork, then I have to go in for bloodwork on wed, then fri on my normal appointment. Later I'll try to post a pic of the u/s. I feel a ton better!

BabyOwen427 replied: Glad things are okay for you. I spotted when I was preggo with Owen also and he was fine, although I panicked too. KUP hug.gif wub.gif

Sam & Abby's Mom replied: whew - glad everything seems to be ok. hug.gif

Bamamom replied: Glad everything is okay - I spotted quite a bit with KG. The dr eventually used the speculum (sp?) and looked at my cervix. He found a mucous cyst that would bleed anytime it was irritated - walking too much, sex, etc. No danger to the baby at all. All the same I'd let them know if you start spotting again. You can never be too careful!

Mommy2BAK replied: Whew! I'm glad everything is fine! hug.gif Your doc's office is very effecient, you are lucky! thumb.gif

karenm replied: How lucky of you... ohmy.gif
