I am going in for a u/s tomorrow morning - still spotting :(

PPT please!! I feel plenty pregnant, my breasts hurt, I am sick and tired and cranky. I have the feeling everything is OK, but DH wants to know for sure, and I would like to see the bean since my instinct last time that everything was OK didn't turn out to be very reliable

I know it can be hard to hear the HB during the 1st trimester. Try to stay calm and try very hard not to worry. Everything will be fine!!

And something about me: my OB couldn't find the HB at 9/10 wks with this pg but at my next appt. around 12/13 wks we heard it! So don't worry and take care!

coasterqueen replied: HUGS Steph! My doctor said she wasn't even going to try with doppler until 14 weeks. She went straight to transvaginal u/s when I started spotting. Please keep us posted. I'm sure everything is fine, but I know exactly how you feel. As of yesterday I finally decided not to be a nervous wreck about the spotting anymore but it took me 3 u/s to convince me.

My p&pt's are with you and please let me know.

Hopefully this spotting doesn't mean that we both are going to have another little stubborn booger!

Schnoogly replied: The tech wouldn't let me see anything and when I asked to watch he just said that there wasn't much to see, just the sac with the baby in it. I thought I might have heard the heartbeat but I'm not sure. The doc is supposed to call me with the results later today. I did check out all the pics he took while I was getting dressed and there is a baby in there at least, but the dates on the photos were all different, some said 6 weeks, some said 7 or 8 weeks. I am 9w5d so either this is a little baby or it has stopped developing. I wish I could have gotten results right away. And I wish I had gotten to see it move. I'm afraid he didn't let me see because it isn't moving This is excruciating!!

coasterqueen replied: Aww Steph, What a mean tech! I'm glad that my OB is the one to do my u/s. Except this time I had a tech take pics first then OB said "let me look at this baby", lol. So they both did it.

That just stinks. ((HUGS)) and I will keep you and your baby in my p&pt's. Please keep me posted. I'm going to worry myself sick if you don't.

I would have called the dr a zillion times until I get my answer that is not nice for them to make you aait like that!

ediep replied: so Steph, did the OB call you yet? So mean that they are making you wait. I remember when i was preg with Jason, they did the U/S, the they sent me home and at the next visit the OB would tell me the results and findings from the pics.
