I applied for a job

It will be full time, but only 3 days a week. It's for unit secretary at the hospital on the pedi/pp floor.

My friend (who works there) told me about it and put in a great recommendation for me. She is pretty certain I've got the job. She said they are looking forward to meeting with me...it's so busy and they are wanting to get this position filled.

I want this job. If I get it they will send me back to school (for my nursing degree) and pay 100% of the tuition.

ETA: It's been 7 years or longer since I've been on an interview. Fortunately all of my experience is in the medical field. I'll keep you posted.

You are correct. It's 1st shift, though. The night shift may have worked out better, but my friend works the night shift and it's just part time.

Thank you all for the good vibes. I'm hoping and praying it all works out. I think it's a great opportunity and wouldn't take me away from the family too much.
