I can't stand solicitors

aspenblue1 replied: I hate when people do that. I had someone knock on my door when I didn't answer it they came around to the back and started screaming hello since they could see me in my office. I was so mad.

momof2girls replied: that is crazy! I never open the door unless I know who it is... and I have a lil note on my door saying no solicitaion!!!
When we first moved in 2.5 yrs ago it was awful since a new neighborhood so there were tons of them!
argh!

MommyToAshley replied: I have noticed an increase in the number of solicitors that come to the door ever since the no-call list was made available. We get a lot of it because we are also here during the day... it really annoys me if they wake Ashley up from her nap.

Kaitlin'smom replied: I usually dont answer the door either unless I knew who it is and if they ever come around back I would call the police on them. Tankfull I have not had them at home, just starting to see more at work

My2Beauties replied: Well I'm not home during the day so I don't know if we get any in our neighborhood but I haven't heard of any from the neighbors who is Brian's Aunt and she would surely tell us. I can't believe there is a company out there that has salespeople knocking on people's doors at 9:00 at night! First of all that is dangerous to the employee and scary to the customer. I would have found out what company she works for and called the BBB!

KatieLeigh79 replied: We have had teenagers/12 year olds as well here as late as 10:30 at night (makes me wonder where their parents are!) and the other really early AM (2:15) we had a telemarketing call asking if we wanted to buy some membership to a warehouse club - I was so mad, with my brother being on call atm for Iraq a phone ringing at 2 am either means 1) someone is dead or hurt 2) he is being shipped out or 3) someone is in jail and needs bail money... the nerve of people!

coasterqueen replied: Thank goodness I live in the country! I'd be so ticked off if solicitors did that to me! COURSE I do get some family members that do that.
