I didn't get the job - Can't believe I forgot to post this

Thanks! I try to keep one because this was the second time he posted for the position and he is very qualified, we're pretty much equal on qualifications, I guess he just knocked 'em dead more than me! But like I said, I am going to turn this into a positive, it just means it wasn't meant to be!
