I feel terrible - Get well Vibes please

I have been really nauseous and getting a gagging sensation and I feel really tired and weak. I took a phenegren last night because I kept thinking I was going to throw up and boy does that thing have me loopy feeling today! I don't take pills at all, never really even take Tylenol or anything like that so Brian knew I was sick once I asked for one of his mom's phengren, I just didn't want to throw up, but boy next time I think I'd rather throw up, I feel out of my element today  Real spacy like! This is awful! I have been running to the bathroom every 10 minutes too

jcc64 replied: When I feel nauseous, I would much rather throw up, as many times as it takes, than continue to feel sick. One of dh's friends always used to say, "There's nothing like a good barf!" and it's his voice I hear everytime I do. It's true.
Feel better, LeaAnn! Try ice pops or Italian ice. Mint tea too.
