I go to the doc tomorrow. - Kinda sad today

I actually WANT my uterus removed. I dont have anything wrong, but I had my tubes tied, so obviously I'm not having more kids. I'd LOVE to have a hysterectomy but my dr just wont do it for no reason.

~Roo'sMama~ replied: I'm sorry! A friend of mine who is my age (27) just had a hysterectomy because she's been having all kinds of problems and bleeding for months on end. She has four kids, and she had them all right in a row, even though she was breastfeeding and on the pill. Now I think she's glad that it happened that way!

Insanemomof3 replied: I am getting it done for sure. Doc said it needs to come out. I have bleeding (way too much) so he wants to remove it. I went and got the ball rolling today, had to apply for assistance today since I have no insurance. I will get the answer on that tomorrow. Then we will schedule the surgery. Thanks for the hugs, I needed them.

danahas4monkeys replied: I too was having ALOT of issues and had my hysterectomy a little over a year ago and I can say without any hesitation it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I was in misery and was so worn down and felt awful all the time. I feel better now than I have ever felt. Good luck with your decision.
