I got the results from the neurosurgeon

maestra replied: When I worked at the MRI in college, we worked with a children's hospital. We used to see a lot of little ones for Chiari malformations. If you don't have the surgery, doesn't the pressure eventually cause some brain damage? I'm not sure- just asking.

aspenblue1 replied: Well I decided based on the information to have the surgery and then the Dr office apparently didn't process it soon enough so I have to wait til 04/14 to get it done. Since things can worsen and I can not stand taking pain pills everday to function it needs to be done.

So hopefully everything will go smoothly and I will get the pain relief and none of the bad stuff will happen.
