I had the time of my LIFE!!!!

I don't know where to start. There was a game and a bonfire on Friday night. I went with some friends. Scotty wasn't there. I really missed him, but had a BLAST at the bonfire. A lot of people were there. We all just walked around and talked and had way too much to drink It was fun to sit back and watch everyone. It's amazing how much things have changed...but then again some things never change. It was so nice being around everyone. I really felt like I was home and back in high school. It was such a warm/fuzzy feeling. Most of these people I haven't seen in 10 years. But you would have never known it.

The guys are HOT!!! The years have been good to them. The girls cracked me up. I won't be mean, but I was shocked to say the least. It seemed as though lots of people were happy to see me...mostly the guys. I had more guy friends. I know that sounds bad, but I didn't date in high school. I was awkward and shy. They all tell me I look the same. I didn't think that was a compliment, but they said it was.

We didnt' get home until 2:30 sat night. I'm OLD! I was so hungover yesterday. It's been a long time.....what can I say? I did see lots of old 'crushes'. That was fun.

We also took a tour of the school and I got a bit teary eyed. Lots of people that I really wanted to see weren't there. Some graduated before me and some after me. I did run into some at the bar afterwards and that was awesome. Scotty was such a good sport.

It was more fun than I ever expected. I'm so glad I went. I took tons of pictures. I'm not sure if I should post them, kwim? A classmate is a photographer. I'm waiting to see what she is going to do with her pics first. But, here is me and Scotty.



We got home last night and I am still so tired. What a wild weekend.

Well I'm glad it was great. We are scheduled for a 5 year one, which would be in 2 years but I doubt we will since Dh and I are on the planning committee with the rest of our friends and none of us want to plan one, lol. I think we'll wait til our 20 year one instead. It wouldn't matter for us anyways because we see all the people we graduated w/that we want to see, the others I don't care to see.

I'm so jealous too because my 10th was cancelled due to not enough RSVPs and I'm sure we won't have any others. Our class just didn't have it together. I didn't date at all in HS either and had lots of guy friends...that's how I fell in love with my DH!!! Friends first!! So I can relate.

Anyhow, again, I'm glad you had a wonderful time...you deserved it! Posts some more pics if you feel comfortable...I'm curious to see more!
