amynicole21 replied: Oooo, how exciting I forgot the video tape for mine, too.
Mommieto2Girls replied: OOhhh , how exciting, I love ultrasounds, are we hoping for a particular sex, ( so we can send some baby dust your way)
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Well, I DO want a girl eventually...but not necessarily right now. We are planning for maybe 4 kids, so I don't mind either way!
Well.....maybe a boy would be better for now.....just so that Zach can have a playmate who likes (hopefully) the same toys...
Mommieto2Girls replied: Ok, here comes so blue baby dust, lol

dolfinrse replied: We weren't allowed to videotape the ultrasounds. They were done in the hospital and we were told that we couldn't use the video camera in the hospital.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: On the screen that you can watch the ultrasound, there is a spot to insert a tape, so they can tape it for you. You don't have to bring a video camera!!
With Zach, I told them I was a little disapointed becasue they didn't TELL me I could have brought a tape, so I didn't have one - the tech gave me about 8 pictures instead, to make up for it! She printed out some extra ones!
Kaitlin'smom replied: woo hoo! let us know how it goes!
amynicole21 replied:
They told us to bring a video tape, but I misunderstood and thought we had to bring a video camera (which we didn't have at the time). When I got there, they asked where our tape was and I was sooooo mad Not to mention that the screen was turned almost the whole time so I couldn't see a thing from the table I just heard DH's OOOhs and Aaaahs the whole time.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Ask them to move it so you can see next time (if there is a next time..lol) they should be pretty obliging. You have a right to demand to know what the tech is seeing, it's YOUR baby, after all.
catou_98 replied: same here, it's the law at that hospital, no video camera allowed an they don't tape it eaither!
~CrazieMama~ replied: Hopefully they will be able to tell you what you are having. How exciting!!!
dolfinrse replied: The same thing happened to me. When I asked the tech to move the screen she told me it was as far over as it could go, so I didn't get to see a whole lot.
MommyToAshley replied: hmm, our doc office had blank videos in case you forgot your own video. It was $7 though so it was cheaper to bring our own.
Sending you some blue vibes.... I hope the baby is not shy so you can find out!
