It just means so much to her and her self esteem. Being the smallest person in the whole school... it means that her peers are excepting of her.. which before she never quite believed!
Her slogan is.. Vote me .. Makes me the littlest queen in history!~
For those that don't know.. she is in 11th grade in High School.
Weighs 88 lbs.. wears size 12/14 little girls.. size 3 little girls shoes..and is 4'8

on a side note, I dated a girl about her size in high school, we were an odd looking couple...she was that size, I was 6'3" 220lb football player (she was a cheerleader of course). She had to stand on her porch steps to kiss me good night
