I have to get off these BC pills

I know you probably WANT some sort of bc but just to let you know I haven't been on bc in about 6months and no pg here we are careful though pull BEFORE he gets too close because we don't like condoms either (I hope that is not tmi ) anyway I got tired of bc and I'm MUCH happier without it!!

I hate birth control and don't ever want to go on any. We just use condoms, don't exactly like them but they'll do til we decide whether we want more kids or not.

Kaitlin'smom replied: oh how frustrating, I would also call the doc see what they can do. I dont take BC either the few times I tried some it screwed my system up. Not to mention the weight gain, I still have yet to get off never again.

PrairieMom replied: Just a warning, my friend had the same problem with her pills. She went off them, and immedieately concieved twins. She is convinced that it had something to do with all the hormones causing her to double ovulate and have her period all the time.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Maybe you need a stronger dosage of bc pills?? Are you taking the low hormone pills?? My friend was on them and had to be switched to a higher dosed pill and she is doing fine now.

I went on BC after Mckaylee and I didn't like it...I quit taking it when she was bout 5 months old.....and When she was about 10 months old...I concieved Russell and that is the method we used...so be careful. I was already 4 months when I found out he was on his way....

My3LilMonkeys replied: I would say see if your Dr. can prescribe a different brand of pills. The 1st brand I was on aggravated my migraines, the 2nd one made me extremely hormonal all the time. The 3rd brand we tried was finally the right "fit" for me. You might just be on the wrong brand for your body!

My2Beauties replied: See I used to take ALesse when I was younger and they worked fine, then after I had Hanna they switched me to Yasmin, they were awful! I got constant headaches, I have mood swings, I was depressed, when I got off them she put me on Ovcon which is what I still take, and it did great at first, my headaches went away, my mood swings went away, but lately all that has come back plus some. NOw I'm having periods twice a month and I sware I never knew before when I ovulated but know I can tell more than ever! Oh man, wouldn't wanna have twins *PrairieMom* thanks for the heads up on that one ! Brian has been talking more and more about another little one, except now I'm the one that is iffy about it, because of his job and everything. I atleast know this, I won't even discuss it until we get a bigger house, we're crowded right now with just the 2 of us and sometimes Desiree let alone 2 little ones and an older one - !!! Maybe I just need to deal with it until we move! I don't know.

We use condoms... I don't like them but they work fine. They have some new ones out though that are supposed to have less of the latex odor so we are definitely going to try those next time we buy them!
