I know I haven't been here long - and you probably wouldn't even know it..

Danalana replied: I didn't know insurance could be such a pain in the behind. My therapist is going to have to make a case for them to flex my benefits because, apparently, residential treatment is not covered. I have cried for much of the day...
Nicole (my therapist) says it's very common for them to say that they don't cover residential, so she is going to talk with them. I really hope it works.
