I made an offer. - finally!!!

I am not to fond of the whole idea about buying a trailer but I made Gene (dh) promise that we would break ground on the house within 2 years. All the land is wooded the only section that isnt is where the trailer sits. There is 200ft of woods in front and 600 behind it. So that makes it more fun. But wish me luck.
