I could never hate anyone here for giving advice I asked for. I still want a drastic change, I may go to the salon and say, "Make it short, make it cute, make it easy to care for."

punkeemunkee'smom replied: I think if you want to you should go for it! I LOVE how easy my hair is now BUT I can't put it up so that is a down-side. It is hair and it will grow back.....If you aren't positive look for something with a little more length-you can always go shorter. But if you want that style I say GO FOR IT!!!

I have long hair right now, which is getting boring, but I have gone really really short before. Sometimes a drastic change is good IMO. It helped to liven things up for me...gives you a different perspective on life...or sorta helped me take a step back and not take things so seriously, kwim? Hair is just hair, it will always grow back! Just have fun! I think it's smart to play around with styles...better than staying with the same thing one has had for too many years!

ETA: BTW, I agree that chin length is hard to pull off unless you have a super thin face. I think this cut would actually make you look less round. JMO.
