moped replied: YEP

moped replied: I want to lose 10 pounds please

mckayleesmom replied: I need a buddy that I can come to if Im confused about something.....like where it says 2 milk products per day.....can they be yogert? I don't drink milk.

moped replied: I can do that for you - your choice!

mckayleesmom replied: Thanks......Also...if anyone has any great reciepe ideas that don't involve fish or mushrooms......lay them on me biggrin.gif

moped replied: www.allrecipes.com has a ton of great recipes and low fat too

What is your goal???

kit_kats_mom replied: did you join the WW website? They have tons of great recipes. Also, when I was trying to get used to smaller potion sizes, I kept to a pretty strict diet that I knew all the points to. for example:

Breakfast: 1 egg beater with spices, one slice whole grain toast with jelly
Lunch: turkey and veggie sandwich (half) and bowl of soup with baked lays
Dinner: lean cusine.

I'd eat that for about a week then find another breakfast & lunch, figure out the points and do that.

Those lean cuisines are great cause they have the points on the box. Very handy when you are learning the points. I'd get really discouraged when I'd try to make my old recipes and count up the points values of every ingredient.

ammommy replied: I'm doing WW and have some good chicken dishes that I'd be happy to pass on. Also, the Ww 0 point soup is a lifesaver for lunches. I'll get the recipes if you want. The two servings of milk a day can be in any dairy form. Yogurt is one of the easiest, lowest point options.

mckayleesmom replied: Thanks....that helps me out a ton...I am going to join the site...but not till I get back from vacation....this is just my first step. Also....what do you guys do about the oils? I don't cook alot of things in oil period...so now I have to find some way to fit it in.

ammommy replied: Sauteeing veggies is really the only way I get in oils. I just make sure that my vitamin has E in it.
