I know, I am trying to stay positive. I have tested the past two mornings and each time I get a negative, I want the day to hurry and go by so I can test the next morning. It's just the not knowing that is making me crazy I still have some hope!

I do not understand what is going on with my body. AF hasn't come yet today, but my lower back is really aching and I am getting mild cramping. This is just so weird because, like I said, I never get cramps or lower back pain until right after AF starts and it only lasts that first day and then stops. If I have a 28 day cycle (I'm not sure because this is the first month we have TTC) then AF should start tomorrow. And once again, I got another negative HPT this morning. This is so weird...

Jackie012007 replied: I didn't get a reliable BFP until like a week after my missed period! I had a really weird beginning to my pregnancy though... I tested om my birthday (which was way too early to get a BFP, now I know) and got a very faint BFP... was kinda shocked bc we weren't trying AT ALL... was on Yasmin BCP and we used condoms every time... but I had some symptoms like yours, and because of the BCP I never got symptoms before the period. So I thought for sure I was pg... well a few days later I started bleeding, and because I thought I was pg, went to the doctor who told me I was probably having a chemical pregnancy. So I was upset but forced myself to get over it... only to get bloodwork May 31st for surgery and find out I was PREGNANT!

But even after the "chem pg" I still took a few pg test because I was convinced I was still pg... and all of them (stopped taking them about a week after my period was supposed to come) were negative... about 2 weeks later I got my BFP via bloodtest!

HANG IN THERE... my OB told me " you know your body, and you know when something isn't right"... well we also know when something isn't normal! Keep on POAS until either you get your BFP or AF comes... women's bodies are weird things and each one works way differently! I will be praying for your BFP!!

Thank you so much, that helps a lot I do have another question though (I am just full of them lately.. LOL) and I hope this isn't TMI, but I am getting quite a bit of CM also. I keep feeling like AF might be here and then I check and nothing. Is this something that happens in early pregnancy?

Jackie012007 replied: YES! I felt the same way... usually you go through a dry CM right before your period... and it only gets worse when your get pg! I was paranoid until I got two consecutive great u/s... I was always running to the bathroom thinking I was feeling blood!!!!

Okay That gives me some more hope despite the negative PG tests so far! I keep thinking that maybe the tests I ordered from online aren't very good tests and that I should go buy an First Response test or something, but I don't want to spend the money and then AF come tomorrow. I just really want an answer.

I have never got the online ones but I have heard people say those are just as good as store bought ones, if not better. I used to post on another pregnancy board ( ) and lots of the girls there used the online ones and raved about them... I dunno, I always used the walmart brand ones... www.peeonastick.com has this cool little chart showing the sensitivity of different brands and the walmart brand ones ranked pretty high... but I was so worried about some sort of weird discreptancy after the lab tech called and told me i was pregnant, I sprung for a digital one! (silly me, blood tests don't lie, but I just HAD to see for myself! )

I got mine from babywishes.org. It says that the sensitivity is 20, so they should be able to work pretty early. The problem I am having is that I never charted how long my cycle is, so I have no idea. I did use a OPK this month and got my LH surge on Thursday 6/15 at 6pm. So I guess that means I should have ovulated on Friday evening or Saturday in the early morning hours. If I ovulated on Friday then today would be 14 DPO and AF should come tomorrow. If it doesn't and I still get a negative HPT then I am going to be yanking my hair out. LOL

I was suppose to get my period on saturday i took a test on tuesday night, it was neg. and today marks the first week of my missed period. lol i'm too scared to take another test though. although i'm pretty sure i'm pg. i've never been this late before. but i knows there's always a chance.

i've been feeling super dizzy in the mornings along with feeling sick for the last week and a half. and my boobies haven't been feeling too well either. poor things they're already big enough. lol and i don't think i really stopped getting CM after i O'd. but thats whats making me think i'm pg. it's horrible.

Well, I'm starting to lose hope I started lightly bleeding a little bit ago. Again, this is still strange for me because my period usually comes all at once. It doesn't usually start light and then get heavier. Also, I usually get pretty bad cramps the first day and the cramps I am getting are very light. Mostly, it's just my lower back thats aching. Oh well, if it's AF then it looks like we will be trying again next month!
