She actually likes to be put in her crib to play. She still won't sleep in her crib but for the last week, she starts getting edgy and fussy & I ask if she wants to go to her crib (more as a break for my sanity) and she says "yeah" I take her in there, totally expecting an outburst but she sits in there and plays by herself in the quiet.

K NEVER would sit in her crib for anything. This is so odd to me.

JP&KJMOM replied: When JP was little I use to put him in his crib in the mornings as I got ready for work. He was in there one morning with markers and a coloring book but that was the last morning cause he colored momma a pretty picture on the wall behind his bed with a green marker!

I've found then whenever I get the playpen out for Madison (mostly when I'm cooking) Brooke always wants to get in and play too. She hated it when she was little.

coasterqueen replied: Oh that's definitely a good thing. I wish Megan would play in her crib or playpen. That would really help me get things done. She does, however, like to sleep in her crib which I find strange. Kylie hated the crib. Megan actually prefers to sleep in her crib than with us...when she actually wants to sleep.

Ashley would play in her crib when she woke up from naps or in the morning, but she didn't really care to play in it when she was little. She didn't mind the playpen though... I'd usually only put her in it when I was making dinner though.
