I think this is sooo neat - Good and bad..

WELL... the school as a lot of evacuee's there right now.. and they felt like odd having a big expensive formal dance. They are doing a Thrift Store dance.. All the clothes the kids have to wear most be used from a Thrift store. They can be from any era.. about must be formal.. and cheap.. so everyone can afford it.

And the local thrift stores have offered the clothes free to all evacuee's.. The old out of style dresses don't sale anyway.

But.. it will be easier on me.. I can afford to have a $10.00 dress altered alot more than a $300.00..

Oh the BAD.. is she has a real live date! My baby has a date to a formal

The kids decided.. I guess the whole school voted.

Brittany is the editor of the yearbook this year... and she is excited about the pictures etc that will come from her first real formal!

Randy is going to have some very clean guns-my bet says he will have them on the floor in front of him cleaning them when this poor boy comes to get your baby girl(Bill already has it planned for this child of ours!)

What a great idea for the dance btw! Awesome that the kids wanted to be sure everyone is included! Tell her I said have a blast!

She is going to wear the skirt.. with a pink halter that she has with sparkles.. and her vans(shoes) underneath... it is going to be tooo cute..

I am going to try to get her pic in the skirt in just a little bit..
