I'm Scared! - Prayers needed my way!

Why? because that feeling i have been having in my throat is getting worse. The lump is so pronuon right now. I can feel it expecially when i try to swallow. Im sitting here not swallowuing or anything and i can feel that lump. i tried eating and drinking few minutes ago to get the feeling to go away and the food wouldnt even go down. It just sat there in my throat. I didnt swallow much because if it would lodge good enough i would be chocking. So i tiny bite that you would think would gop down easily is sitting there in myu throat. I cant even get fluiods in:( my throat is bruning, my chest is sore and burning. and i have to keep my mouth open to breathe. I cant handle it so im going to get it checked out. Please send some prayers my way please... Im thinking of calling a taxi because i feel very light headed:(
