I'm a little creeped out

Teesa®© wrote: For those who hadn't read my earlier thread on being "Freaked Out", a crow had gotten in through a missing brick and was nesting in the wall joining DS's and DD's bedrooms. I had told the owner about it and he called a Wildlife guy to come and get rid of the crow/s and fix it so nothing can get in anymore.

The guy was nice enough, but kept telling me I was cute and such and I made it clear I was married. Later on, he asked me if I knew who Russell Peters was [comedian] and if I'd seen him. The guy comes in and I find Russell on YouTube and we're watching it and he starts rubbing my shoulders!!! huh.gif He asks me if I like it and I said that I didn't think it was very appropriate mad.gif . He stops. PHEW! He goes back outside and continues his work. I'm kinda creeped out, but relieved that for once, the writer who lives downstairs is home!

So this guy is flirting like mad, not really doing anything horrible - other than the shoulder rubbing - and tells me he's sad I'm married.

When I was done watching the video, I got him a big glass of ice water because it's really hot out there. I almost wasn't going to, thinking maybe he'd get the wrong idea from it, but since it was so hot, it just seemed a good thing to do.

Well, NOW he wants a hug and kiss!?!?!?! blink.gif huh.gif unsure.gif I said, "I don't think so. I'm married, remember?" And he says there nothing wrong with it - sort of joking around, like he was testing me, yanno? And I said that married is married and there's a LAW about that. And it's just NOT something I'd do. He drops the whole thing - GOOD IDEA!!!! - and that's that, but mentions, as he's leaving, that he's still disappointed that I'm married. I laughed and said he was almost 2 dozen years too late.

It creeped me out, but he wasn't like creepy, creepy... like he didn't scare me, which was good because the writer downstairs is on a deadline and didn't really have time to "babysit" me while this guy was here emlaugh.gif , but he did have me a little worried.

I did learn, though, that geese only fly in formation when they're migrating, crows lay slightly bluish eggs and that are actually pretty small, that "my" crow either never poops or is toilet trained rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif , and I have interesting insulation in my attic - it looks like SNOW!!!! biggrin.gif thumb.gif So whenever I'm really missing winter, I can just crawl up into the attic and get my "fix" rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

DVFlyer replied: That guy is a freak.

If he's an employee in a company, I'd complain to his boss.

mckayleesmom replied: I would have called to complain....

stella6979 replied: He would have been out the door as soon as he touched my shoulders.

holley79 replied: WOW that is super crazy.

HuskerMom replied:
Ditto. I would've rather gotten the crow out myself than had to deal with a creep like that.

My2Beauties replied: I'da probably kicked where it didn't feel so good wink.gif

Sam & Abby's Mom replied: That is just nuts !!!!!!!!!!!! wacko.gif

luvmykids replied: What a creep....I had a cable installer like that not too long ago growl.gif . DH called and complained.

Boo&BugsMom replied: Troy would have kicked the living tar out of him. That's not cool. dry.gif

Celestrina replied:
Same here. Chances are this wasn't the first time something like this has happened and the management/owners (of the Wildlife company) would want to know. You should also contact the owners of your house and let them know.

CantWait replied: ohmy.gif blink.gif wacko.gif

Oh gosh I miss PC. You guys have the craziest stories. Thanks for the emlaugh.gif emlaugh.gif

Teesa®© replied: I emailed a complaint to the guys office and forwarded a copy to the owner of our unit as well.

I told DH about the whole ordeal and he's LIVID... and that's putting it mildly. He'd asked if I'd complained about the guy and I told him I was waiting to tell him about it first. I also told DH that I don't care WHAT has to be done in our home ever again, I'm NOT GOING TO BE HOME!!! I'll be washing my hair that day... at a friends house... in a different city... maybe even in a different province... lol.

Calimama replied:
Yep same here.

Teesa®© replied:
I'd thought about it, I really did... but the owner of our unit had already paid him. I didn't want him to lose his money blush.gif as he was paying for it out of his own pocket.

gr33n3y3z replied:
And you didnt call the cops????
Ok................
