I'm having a hard time finding a name - for our puppy

I'm having such a hard time with this.

Any suggestions? I don't like typical dog names, I want something original.

lisar replied: Well seems how the dog is all black you could name them Ghost. I know cheesy but its a suggestion.

That is my moms dogs name...they also have Maggie and Coco. They've had a Fritz and a Lulu. We have Bogie, Stevie, had Pancho and Lefty, Elvis, Earl...I'm going blank on the rest.

Kala
Kierra
Sheena

I'm so so on all of those. They don't strike a chord.

I really like Lucy, though. Except I know too many Lucy's IRL. lol

I had a dog named Jezebel. Jezzie for short. She looked similar, too.

She told us and we didn't have to agonize over the name process...you might try that! Oh, and her name was "Sugar". I was surprised because we thought it was going to be something not nearly as sweet.

Just kidding...I like Jupiter-the way it came about would be a funny story. I like the name DeeOGee (dog) I tried to get Tay to name the puppy Kitty because I thought it would be funny to call here Kitty and have this big dog run up. Yes I do suffer from lack of sleep

My2Beauties replied: We had to help find a home for a Pug once, his name was Spaghetti Eddie I thoguht that was adorable.

PrairieMom replied: We always have strange names for our pets. Our Dog's name is Lycos. My mom had a canary named peep, then when that one died she got a new one and named it re-peep.
I really want to name our next dog archimedes.

We had a DeeOGee too And cats named Kitty and Gato Had a black cat named Emmitt too...I swear he was a Dallas Cowboy fan

My IL's dogs are Call and C'mere After five years they still think it's funny to say "Call C'mere" and the other say "C'mere" and then the first one says "No, Call C'mere"

Anyway, I think Rocket Dog is a cute dog name too, if we ever get another one thats what I want to call it
