I'm home from the hospital. - After my gall bladder surgery

mckayleesmom replied: Yep...I heard about the complications they sometimes have with those different small insision type removals...so I opted to just let them cut one bigger hole and manually go in and remove...instead of with a scope. Hope you recover soon....doesn't it feel like someone broke all your ribs?

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: sorry. I was lucky and they were able to get mine lapriscopically but I was still in unbearable pain for about a week. The good news is You wil never have an attack again

jdkjd replied: I've had a couple friends have that surgery and they weren't told of some of the lingering issues after the surgery. Please be careful with fatty foods and dairy-they can cause you to have diahrrea issues.
