Isabella decided she wants to change her name

I went to Izabella's parent/teacher conference (preschool) and they had her name on her kindergarten placement test as Izabella Angel (and then our last name). I said, "Excuse me, her middle name is not Angel." and the teacher said that when she asked her what her name was for the test that was her response.
My Oma has a caretaker and that is her caretakers name and ever since Izabella has met Angel she wants to be named that.
