It is Easter time - and the weather doesn't know?

CantWait replied: We're havng a snow storm here today. There's 20cm is expected, and then freezing rain. School has been cancelled. I can't believe it. The Easter bunny is going to get stuck in all that snow.

hoosier momma replied: It's cold and snowy here too. Although, I don't think we are going to have any accumulating snow. And the high for Easter is supposed to be 31.

my2monkeyboys replied: Wow! I wish we'd gotten snow this year! Yesterday it was 80, today though it's cooling off a bit to a high of 66, getting a little cooler again this weekend.

Its a bit chilly here today also. The high for Sunday is 65 degrees. And for us thats cold.

coasterqueen replied: It was in the 20's here this morning. Yesterday our highs were in the mid 30's, today we are supposed to be in low 40's for the rest of the weekend. I'm not even sure what I'm going to dress the girls in for lunch and easter egg hunt. Their cute little light material dresses just aren't going to do it with this weather.

MommyToAshley replied: I know what you mean. A few days ago we were running around in shorts. Yesterday it was 26 degrees here and we had snow flurries. It didn't accumulate, but it was still snowing. We had a few Easter Egg hunts and events we were going to go to this weekend, but we'll probably just pick one event and do that now. No cute Easter clothes for this years hunt.

WE GOT IT BADD!!!! Oh well it was nice out, we went outside, played in the snow, had a snowball fight, made a snowman, tomorrow we will go sledding.

Ok I am done complaining! I do not have it that bad! It is cold out and we did get snow, but it is nothing compared to what you guys got. No snowmen for us.

HuskerMom replied: It's been so nice here, like in the 60's and 70's but this morning I woke up to snow. They said we were only supposed to get an inch but we got about 5. That's not too much but still I was enjoying the nice weather. Oh well, at least we won't have to mow for a little while longer.

Brias3 replied: We had flurries yesterday but nothing noticeable on the ground luckily. The weather is still super cold though! I had already washed and put away everyone's winter coats. Now I'm wondering if the kids' Easter outfits will be warm enough! Insane!

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Yesterday it was snowy on the ground...just barely, but still.... it was all melted by the afternoon. It's still snowy this morning.

I was so hopeful because of the weather the last week okr so..haven't been wearing a jacket, and mostly short sleeves....so I went ahead and bought a rose bush and some gladius and dahlia bulbs yesterday at costco. Good thing I didn't plant them yet.
