Anyone care to enlighten me as to why my in-laws can not seem to recall my children's names? MIL has exactly two grandkids. Katherine and Lauren. But today I get two cards in the mail. One is addressed to Elizabeth Lauren ??? Uh, who is that? My DD's name is Lauren Elizabeth!!! 
I swear, one day I will stop being suprised by their stupidity...until then, I'll keep sharing with you.

I have six grandkids, I know each one's full name w/correct spelling, birthdays, likes and dislikes.
My 85 year old mother calls them by anything sounding near their actual name or something that starts with the same letter. I let her slide due to her age and the fact that she loves them to death.
As for your MIL, that is inexcusable...fire her! (not sure inexcusable is a word..lol)

she spells it antony... i would think she would know how to spell it since its her brother's name
