JASON'S AT SCHOOL!!! - AAAAHHHHHH!!!!

I stayed in town for the first 45 minutes and I went back to check on him. He didn't see me but I asked the director if anyone was freaking out in the classroom. He went to the classroom and came back and said that Jason had a tear in his eye and asked him where mommy is. He told him mommy would be back soon.

I came home to get a cup of coffee and I am going back to wait in the parking lot.

MommyToAshley replied: Aweee, you must be so proud of Jason. I am glad he is not freaking out, but I can imagine how you feel. I am going to be a nervous wreck when Ashley starts preschool. I bet Jason will start loving preschool in no time once he realizes that Mommy always comes back to pick him up.

I can't wait to hear your update at the end of the day.

ediep replied: Thanks everyone! He is home and having lunch now. The teacher said that he cried a little bit, but he was fine. He made some projects... the first projects that I didn't do with him.

He painted, had a snack, read stories, played with toys, and played outside.

My dad works at chuch some days so he happened to be there this morning, He went into to check on Jay and Jason started to cry all over again when my dad left.

the real test is going to be on Monday when we go again. we'll see if he really liked it and wats to go back. After a few more good days at school, I plan on using that time for the gym!

mammag replied: Well, you both made it through anyway. The 2nd day may be rougher but it will get better I promise. And maybe he'll do just fine Monday! The hardest part for mom is done though....letting go for the first time. Good Job Mommy!!!
