Jaci's 2 year dr visit

As a side note, ever since I weaned Jaci, she has liked taking her shirt off or slipping her hand down her shirt and rubbing her nipples! She started doing this in front of the dr. and she just told us to ignore it and eventually she will stop, even though it does look really funny. Then when the dr. was listening to her heart and lungs, she covered up one of Jaci's nipples and we though she was going to die! She kept checking to make sure it was still there!

What a funny kid.

kit_kats_mom replied: You know, I never put it together with the weaning but Katherine has started a nipple thing too.

She likes to pinch/pull/twiddle and cover up her nips if she isn't wearing a shirt.

When she's wearing a shirt, she tends to forget she has them though.

I thought it was pretty wierd. Glad to know she isn't the only one doing it

And Hannah does the nipple twiddling thing too, but she's still nursing. Everytime her shirt is off she's right at 'em . It does look real silly.

I was going to post a question about that, but I thought you all would think our family was really weird, LOL!

DansMom replied: Great stats---she's growing strong! I wonder if that nipple thing is what girls do. Daniel is having a field day with his anatomy these days---it makes diapering and bath time an interesting experience, to say the least.

at the nipple thing!! It sounds hysterical!!! Jay doesn't do that, but he wasnt BF,

I'm totally freaked out and I totally jinxed myself. Tonight Kylie wanted an orange. I was tired of laying in bed so I went into the kitchen, propped my feet up and sat there talking to Kylie while he got the orange ready. He took her shirt off this time to eat it because she is very messy with oranges...usually he'll just put a bib on her. He went to get the orange and Kylie looked down at her chest and grabs her nipple and says "snuggle, snuggle, snuggle". (BTW that's our code word for nursing). I thought I was going to lose it. I was laughing so hard. I was first laughing because I just read today about Jaci being interested like this and second because I didn't think Kylie would do that. She was so cute too when she did it.

She never ceases to amaze me.

maestra replied: That's funny! Jaci won't even keep a shirt on since she wants to touch them all the time. I just put her in a onesie so she will leave them alone!

She's not the only one obsessed with boobs- I am working with my kinders on their bodies and all the parts (and how to take care of yourself- like eating, feelings, etc) and when asked what one of their favorite parts is, one of my girls keeps yelling out "Chi chis!"
