Just Emailed the Make a Wish Foundation

I hope, with everything inside me, that they grant his wish!

I wonder if it would help if we all emailed the Make A Wish Foundation requesting that Spencer's wish be granted??? What do you think?

Bee_Kay replied: Shoot! I just visited the make a wish webiste and read about referring a chlid.... you have to be either a medical professional that is treating the child, his/her parent, or the child himself/herself.

I would have loved to help Spencer out

Barb, that was excellent of you to check into a mass referral on his behalf. It is understandable why they would not allow it, though.

Make a Wish Foundation is one of the charities DH and I donate to every year. It's a wonderful charity.. they bring a lot of smiles to a lot of kids. I'm pretty sure they'd grant him his wish. I thought they came to visit him in the hospital... I was under the assumption they were there to grant him a wish?
If not, my opinion of them may change.
