Just my luck!

My seat was broken when it threw me back from the impact of the car hitting me. The girl that hit me must had been going at least 45- 50 mph. She done alot of damage to her car. I was really worried about the other people at first since I seen how smashed in the front of her car was.

My mom took the girls home with her while on on the other hand went to the hospital. My neck was tingling at first and very sore. So soon as I said I better get checked out is when they started strapping me down. And off I went in the ambulance with a neck brace on me and strapped down.

I'm not sure what is going happen with the girl and her insurance. I'm sure her insurance will have to pay for the damage to my vehicle. We think it is totaled and really hope they right it that way. The frame was buckled some, because right passenger door was not closing right. Rob's friend did drive it to his house and said he looked up under it and the gas tank was mangled from where the girls car went underneath it.

The girls are doing good today not complaining about hurting anywhere. I on the other hand am pretty sore. My neck is still pretty sore, but my exrays came back clear last night. I just need put heat or cold packs on any sore places. If I still have same pain anywhere in 5 days then I need go back to the doctor. I hope it gets better in the next few days. I believe I just got whip lash. The doctor did give me prescription for couple different pain meds. So we will see.

I really, really hope nothing else bad happens!

Make sure you check the car seats or just get new ones the insurance Co of the other driver will have to replace them.

I'm pretty sure I did get whip lash, my neck hurts still and I had a headache after the accident.

I talked to the cop who is doing my accident report and so far he said it looks like it was the other girls fault. I think pretty much if a person rear-ends you it is their fault. I was at a complete stop and had my turn singal on.

I don't really know how she didn't see me in time since we was in a straight strech.

Rob said he heard one of the girls say that they swear they didn't see my turn signal. I know for fact it was on because my vehicle was still running and the turn signal was still on after the accident happened. Rob even said when got to the wreck that my vehicle was still running with the singal light on.

We just have to wait and let the insurance companies talk it over. Rob did talk to both a little. But they can't really do anything until Monday when they get the accident report. I'm not sure if they will be able fix my vehicle or not, or we will get the money to buy another. Rob said the frame is bent up underneath, the gas tank is messed up, and the driver seat is broken in 2 different places.

So right now it is a waiting game.

I don't like talking bad about people. But the girls are fairly young and they were probably goofing off and didn't see me until it was to late. Rob even said that. I just don't think there is another way.

Because there is not black marks on the road like she was trying slam on the brakes. She just hit me full speed ahead.

I will update everyone as I find things out. Oh, and both the kids carseats were just fine.

Did you know that i helped with a car seat awarness class once and you would be very surprised at the people that just throw then in the car anyway they can. careless if you ask me the things come with directions how hard is it th just take a little time and do it right for heavens sake that is your childs life not just a dog so something hope you feel better soon
