Well...he plays that song all of the time and now Braedon is singing, "stacy's mom has got it going on" Ohh yeah..nice!

ROFLMBO about that 80's song. I just heard it yesterday during one of my random "I'm not listening to kids music or NPR right now, moments". And I was wondering...How could that songwriter have been spying on me all this time without me noticing?

Well when we are driving, Jack gets so excited when "Save a horse, ride a cowboy" comes on because I sing loudly all the words and he just giggles and kicks his feet - great song to teach my kid eh?

Jason used to sing this to me when he first heard it saying "Cassie' mum had got it going on" (one of his attempts to compliment me. cassie started picking it up too so if she hears it she will say Tassie instead of Stacy I bet that is so sweet braedon singing it lol! paradisemommy replied: too funny!! i have yet to hear that song - but we usually only listen to hawaiian songs or oldies..but it's almost as bad as the cartoon atomic betty - taven absolutely loves the lyrics to that song and will run around dancing and singing "atomic betty atomic betty gonna rock your world"..

I listen to the radio (my music) in the morning when I'm getting ready for the day, (taking a shower, doing my makeup & hair) but the rest of the day we either listen to classical music at home or kids songs on a tape in the car.

Gotta have that morning fix of "real" music or I'd be humming the "Wheels on the Bus" all day!

I don't mind it. it's just a joke. My twins pick up stuff like that and sing it all the time, I got over it. You can't protect them from everything . I'd be upset if they were listening to marilyn manson.
