Just thought I'd tell you
Josie83 wrote: another one of Cassie's latest things! She's obviously heard me calling her daddy by his first name, so now she's been doing it too! The other she asked me when Jason was coming home, and today when she wanted him to help her get a drink she stood at the door of the kitchen and shouted "Jayyyyyyyyy-sun!" at the top of her voice! She's been doing it off and on for the past couple of weeks, but its getting more frequent. When I went to pick her up at my sister's, she said to me "I thought Jason was picking me up," I tried to tell her "no call him daddy" but me and my sister started laughing so she obviously thinks she's being funny! her dad's mortified! xx
MommyToAshley replied: LOL!

Kylie has been doing this too. Our friends say "well, seems like your wife must yell at you alot". It's usually because he's down in the basement and I'll holler his name to get his attention.
So when it's night time Kylie will say "night Ryan". ROFL. DH looks at her and says "quit calling me Ryan!". Hee hee. So I guess I better start calling him daddy instead.
amynicole21 replied: Hee hee!!! DH and I only call eachother "baby" for some reason. In front of Sophia we're Mommy and Daddy, though. The other day I swear Sophia said "here, Amy" It was in front of a bunch of other people who heard it, too, so I know I'm not losing my mind
ediep replied: thats cute!!!! Jason has said hi Scott to DH, but he doens't do it regularly
Kaitlin'smom replied: LOL sorry but that sounds sooooo cute. I try and call DH daddy around Kaitlin unless he is not paying attention then I call him by name, she has yet to call him that He is also now tring to call me mommy around her cause he does not wanting her to call me Di (short for Diana), I think he is afraid that some people might take it more like die......
Josie83 replied: She's a monster! Usually I'll say things like "give it daddy" or "what do you think, daddy?" But if we think she's not listening (hah! As if!) I'll call him Jason. Also my brother Steven asked Cassie if she knew what mummy and daddy's names were, and at first she said "mummy" and "daddy," but then she said that her daddy's name was Jason, and then she looked at me and said my name was "Jose" - not Josie or Josefina, Jose - her dad never calls me anything but Jose, and she'd obviously picked it up! She calls her cousin Kate "my Tate" as well, which i think is so cute! She makes me laugh that girl! xx
PS - Karen, just noticed the pregnancy banner on the bottom of your messages - congratulations! your daughter will soon be coming out with the same gems that mine did - although you actually DO have a baby in your tummy!
Kirstenmumof3 replied: OMG what a silly girl! That's too funny!
Josie83 replied: And another thing (why do I always think of these after typing the last thing) she has picked up on my husband calling both me and her gorgeous (which he does just about all the time!) so if she doesn't catch what I've said, she'll say to me "What, gorgeous?" in the exact same way Jason says it . . . I do think that's so cute! She is full of wisecracks at the minute! xx
paradisemommy replied: LOL..yep she's a little smarty pants..taven calls dh keoki but only copying me when i yell for him, i'm always quick to tell him, no to you it's DADDY...even though it's totally cute!!!
we're like amy...dh and i call each other baby but now we have taven going around saying "hey baby" to everyone...
aspenblue1 replied: Isabella will call yell Jay or Jason if DH doesn't respond to daddy.
dolfinrse replied: Sometimes when I am upstairs and Zack is with dh in the family room, he will stand at the bottom of the stairs and yell Donna!!!!!!! LOL
He mainly calls me Mommy though.
loveydad replied: LoL all my kids call me "viggo". Henry started calling me Veee go at about 11 months! I don't encourage it, they just won't call me the right name!
momof2girls replied: She already has some personality how cute!!!!
Josie83 replied: Cassie has buckets of personality! Today she aid to my sister "what gorgeous" when she couldn't hear her, but the way she says it it sounds like "dord-suss" so it does sound really cute - Maria nearly cried I think! xx
