K went poop in the potty today

I got her dad and we ooh'd and aah'd over it and tried to get it out of the potty seat...it was stuck. DH took it outside to hose it out. LOL
She was so excited and proud of herself! 
So, is there a trick that I don't know about as far as pooping in the potty seat? How do you get soft poops out of there? It was totally gross! Granted, my stomach is still pretty iffy these days but I was gagging just looking at it. I don't want to give her some kind of wierd hangup about poops. LOL She sure takes after her daddy in the stinky poo department though. I'm going to invest stock in Glade.

This is one reason why we were glad Kylie decided she liked the big potty better after a short time with the little potty. What we did was just put a tiny bit of water in there then tap it on the side of the toilet til it fell in the water. Then we'd wash the toilet thingy down with warm water in the sink, etc, etc. YUCK!!!! I can't believe I'm still snacking right now as I type this. 
I've noticed Kylie's still stinks in the big potty too. Dh thinks it's because we have elongated toilets and so when she goes the poop hits the portion of the toilet that does not have water in it so it just STINKS!!!!!! Obviously it goes down ok when you flush but pewwwww!
WTG K!!!!! Some say pooping is the hardest part for them to do. It was the easiest for Kylie to do though. And Kylie still can't seem to get the difference between pee and poop.

I guess I was too 'in' to my food last night because when I read the title all I saw was "K went in the potty today". I didn't even see the word poop.

Great idea about the water in there... I think it should help things out a bit 
Maddie&EthansMom replied: OMG! You guys crack me up! Maddie never used a training toilet. She had one where the seat came off the trainer and you could put it on the big potty and use the other part for steps. She wanted to be like mom and dad.

Yeah, K has one of those and she used to sit on it all the time. However, at daycare she hopped up on the potty after the sitter had taken the adapter off (another kid had just gone and she was going to clean it and put K on it) and she fell in.
Now K won't get on it because "daffrin fall in the potty".  I hope that doesn't go on forever. LOL

Oh no!! Poor K! Maddie has fallen in before, too. She wouldn't go near the potty for awhile, either.

Thanks for the water tip, y'all! I've been wondering about that. As a soy-milk drinker, Daniel's poop is on the soft side. I'm not looking forward to all of that at all.
