I think by now we all know the sleep issues I have, but really not getting to sleep till 7am when I have to be up at 7am to get the kids ready for school.
It's been like this for the last two weeks and I'm afraid it's going to continue like this for awhile. When I was pregnant with Anthony the last four months were exactly like this.

my2monkeyboys replied: I would definitely talk to your doctor... a mommy with no sleep is not a mommy at all (just a short-fused bomb waiting to go off! LOL). Seriously, though, I hope you get some rest soon!!
CantWait replied: Don't have that here
A&A'smommy replied: benedryl??

youngmomofone replied: Ooo I hope you are able to get some rest!!
CantWait replied: Nope, no there aren't many North American products here
Nina J replied: Are you resting anyway? If you can't sleep, it is still good to take it easy and lay down.
I guess you have probably tried a number of things since its been a long standing problem. If you aren't able to get any medications, maybe just try some nice relaxing routines before bed - warm shower or bath, a warm drink if it helps (warm milk helps me sleep). What about some essential oils like lavendar in the bath or on your pillow? Even if they don't help you sleep, they might help to relax you and make you feel a bit more rested.
Also, if you can't sleep, try not to stress about it. Which is hard, I know when I have bouts of not sleeping properly or at all, it irritates the heck out of me. But it helps not to get really worked up about it.
Hope you get a good sleep soon!
Calimama replied: Oh that stinks! I hope you find something that works.
