Latest trick/milestone/accomplishment?

MommyToAshley wrote: What's your baby's/child's (or even baby bean's) latest trick?

Ashley does something new every day, it's amazing how much they learn! Today she learned that if she holds her finger across her nose (so the it is sideways and covering up both holes) then she talks funny! She was going around all day babbling like that and giggling! rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

mckayleesmom replied: Mckaylee has learned how to pinch and smile with her tooth showing.

MommyToAshley replied:
Aweeee wub.gif ... on the toofer smile biggrin.gif

As for the pinching, what fun you are in for! LOL! rolling_smile.gif

mckayleesmom replied: She also learned how to see and object and find a way to get to it...today i set my yogert on the floor and went to go to the bathroom...Mckaylee was laying on the floor watching the wiggles and I came back and she had my spoon in one hand and the yogert in the other like she was preparing to eat it.

Daddy of Schnoogly replied: Iain learned how to spit today.

Jamison'smama replied: Jamison spent all afternoon with a finger in each ear---hmm is she trying to tell me something? She has also been spinning and spinning--I think she likes to be dizzy.

MomofTay&Sam replied: Sammy has had so many milestones lately. His big thing is to say HI in the mirror, or any thing that shows his reflection. Car window..HI ..Bathroom mirror HI.. He is doing everything we do, we have to be very careful. He mimics our every move. It's getting rough.

dolfinrse replied: Zack is rolling all over the place now. As soon as we put him on the floor he is gone. He likes under the couch, the coffee table, the end tables. He also likes to roll up to my curio cabinet and watch his reflection in the mirror. He has also started doing raspberries constantly. If you smile at him, he does raspberries. rolling_smile.gif

paradisemommy replied: i have a copy cat too..but he especially loves to pretend that he is sneezing (he thinks its the funniest thing ever) so he'll throw his head back and make this sneeze noise...been doing that the past couple days..it's the cutest wub.gif

Kirstenmumof3 replied: laugh.gif Claudia's latest trick these days is that she can finally lower herself down to the floor while standing at the furniture. Or sometimes she just lets go and falls to the floor. Whatever works I guess! laugh.gif

ediep replied: Jason is finally saying mom, it sort of sounds like mmmmmmmmmmum, but I'll take it. He has started saying lalalala, which I think means elmo, he is trying to sing the tune. He mimics us a lot too.

jcc64 replied: If I ask Corey, "What's up there?", she throws her head back and stares at the ceiling.

coasterqueen replied: Kylie has been saying "gonna go byebye, hmm, hmm?" a lot lately. She has been trying to eat her cheerios and grab her binky like a dog instead of a human. She'll lay down on the floor on her tummy and try to grab her binky with her mouth. I don't know where she learned that, not my child, though. biggrin.gif

She also thinks it's cool to spit her food out and then try to eat it again. Ewwwww!

She seems to learn something new every day that it just blows me away.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Well, Maddie isn't really a baby, but her latest milestone is jumping! She jumps all over the place and climbs. I think it is an age thing. I cannot keep the child still nor can I get her to listen! emlaugh.gif What am I going to do?! I just have to pick my battles. wacko.gif

amynicole21 replied: Sophia started saying "poo poo" after she went potty! biggrin.gif

CantWait replied: Anthony has been grabbing for toys when held out to him. The other day I think he might have rooled from his tummy to his back, but I'm not sure. I put him on his belly and as soon as I let go, he was on his back, so I don't know if I just pushed him a bit or if he did it himself rolleyes.gif

DansMom replied: Several milestones in the last couple of weeks: Daniel can push off of something when he's pulled himself up, and just stand unassisted for about 10 seconds before falling on his but. He also took two lunging steps toward me on October 12! (I try not to compare him with superboy Sammy, who was already running at Daniel's age!!) His big game right now is to point to mama's nose, then reach back and pull on his own ears. He won't reverse it though, and touch his own nose and my ears. He's really trying to talk too---he tries to say big words like ladybug, lawnmower and motorcycle: he manages to get a garbled cluster of consonants and vowels out that only I can recognize as the word in question biggrin.gif

MommyToAshley replied: Aweeee wub.gif , I really loved hearing about what everyone's little ones have been up to!!! Thanks for sharing. We have some cute, funny, creative and smart little ones!
