MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Yep, they ache. I got a DPT booster a few weeks ago and my arm ached for 3 days afterwards. If you got a tetanus booster, it'll be sore for a bit. Be sure to use the muscles, don't just let your arm hang. The more you use it, the faster it gets absorbed. Movement makes blood flow pick up the shot and circulate it.

Sorry you got poked and it hurt. I have been told it helps to keep it moving and not let it get stiff.
